His extensive experience in driving significant improvements in key performance indicators and operational efficiencies across various organizations makes him an invaluable asset in enhancing the value of PE portfolio companies. Shane holds a B.S. in supply chain management and Information Systems from Penn State University.
Chuck Emery
Partner and Managing Director
Chuck brings vast experience from his 16-year tenure in Toyota’s Information Systems Department, serving as an internal consultant for the Service Parts Logistics Division. His role extended to designing, developing, and implementing systems for service parts distribution across the United States and North America. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and Information Systems from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Chuck’s track record includes successful engagements with esteemed clients like the U.S. Department of Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Distribution Center, Aldi, Suncorp, Parker Hannifin, Caterpillar, Chrysler, GM, Wahl Clipper, among others. His expertise in information systems and supply chain management is a testament to his value in the field.
Luis Quinones
Partner and Managing Director
Luis Quinones boasts 28+ years in warehousing and distribution, with 26 dedicated to Lean Implementation. His foundation was at Toyota’s North American Parts Operations Division for six years, followed by seven years at Chrysler’s Mopar Distribution Network. His pivotal roles include project management at Toyota, overseeing warehouse process design and launch preparation. At Mopar, as a senior manager, he led Lean Implementation, achieving a remarkable 37% improvement in delivery lead time. In senior roles at Defense Distribution Center Richmond and Warner Robins, Luis spearheaded Lean Adoption Initiatives, focusing on Lean tools implementation and strategic planning.
Scott Hans

With over 35 years of Supply Chain experience, Scott led operations at Toyota, Case New Holland, and General Motors across North America and globally in Logistics, Lean Continuous Improvement, Supplier Management, and Procurement. In consulting, his impact lies in teaching Lean fundamentals, guiding leadership, and fostering high-performance teams, applying practical Lean tools for impactful outcomes.
