Brett is a Co-founder of Crosby Row and Partner of ETONIEN. Prior to joining ETONIEN in 2008, Brett was a Senior Analyst and Investment Partner at The Sands Group (TSG) and Senior Analyst at The Harris Group (THG), both highly focused commercial real estate investment sales and advisory firms in partnership with Marcus & Millichap.
Brett holds a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University, where he also lettered for four years on the D-1 soccer team. Upon graduating, he played professionally for three seasons in New York, where he won a National Championship in 2002 with the Long Island Roughriders.
Brett sits on the Board of Directors of Los Angeles Team Mentoring. Brett resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife, Maria, and sons, Grant and JJ.
Chadd is a Co-founder of Crosby Row and Partner at ETONIEN, with a special focus on the unique needs of Private Equity firms. Prior to joining ETONIEN in 2009, Chadd was a Senior Associate at The Harris Group (THG). THG is a highly focused multi-family investment sales and advisory firm in partnership with Marcus & Millichap, the leading multi-family brokerage company in the US.
Chadd is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Bureau and was formerly on the board of the Red Cross Los Angeles Chapter. Chadd graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles where he lettered four years on the UCLA Men’s Varsity Soccer Team, winning the 2002 NCAA National Championship. Following a successful career at UCLA, Chadd played soccer professionally for one season in New York.
Chadd resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife Regan and sons West and Walker.
Danny is a Co-Founder and Senior Advisor of Crosby Row. He has more than 20 years of experience advising senior executives on optimizing the effectiveness of their procurement function. He has led engagements in industries such as: defense, automotive, financial services, utilities, manufacturing, higher education and non-profit.
Danny was the Managing Partner of Cequel, a boutique consulting firm that served middle market private equity firms. Danny also built an executive search practice, where he placed dozens of candidates into high profile procurement roles from Director level to Chief Procurement Officers.
Earlier in his career, Danny was a founding employee of Value Management Group, a middle market investment firm founded by a collection of senior operating executives of former clients. Prior to that, Danny started his consulting career in Chicago with Gibson Consulting, a 150-person supply chain consulting firm.
Danny holds an MBA from Emory University and bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
